Our specialized spring startup maintenance plans are designed to transition your sprinklers from winter dormancy to peak performance, setting the stage for a lush, healthy, and efficiently watered landscape all season long.
Leaving your system’s first run of the year to chance can lead to unwelcome surprises – from hidden leaks and broken heads to uneven watering and unnecessary water waste. The freeze-thaw cycles of a Virginia winter can take a toll on delicate components. Our expert technicians provide a thorough inspection and precise tune-up, ensuring every zone, sprinkler, and sensor functions flawlessly.
The spring start-up service includes:
- Pressurizing the system
- Inspecting the entire system and making any necessary adjustments
- Programming the controller for the prevailing weather conditions
- Perform Backflow test and forward to appropriate county office (OPTIONAL at additional cost)
We offer these 3 spring start up plans:
Spring Start Up Only
$140.00 (up to 12 zones)
For systems having over 12 zones, there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per zone

Spring Start Up And Fall Winterization
$275.00
Add $80.00 to include backflow testing
Maintenance Plan 2
Spring Start Up, Mid-Season Inspection And Fall Winterization

For systems having over 12 zones there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per zone. Repairs such as broken heads, leaks, etc. are not included in the start-up price and are billed on a time and materials basis. Unless instructed otherwise, we usually make minor repairs (up to $150.00), if needed, while performing the start-up. This gets your system up and running more quickly and saves you money. If repairs are made we will send an invoice to you reflecting any balance due.
